In this episode I talk with local hero Paul Ashman about how he's dedicated his life to getting more kids on bikes and teaching them all about cycling.

In 2017 Paul had an illness which resulted in brain surgery. Whilst in hospital recovering he decided to make a change, one which saw him transform his career and path in life to be more aligned to his passion of cycling.
