The guest on this show is Rick Carr. Rick is a father, former Director of Athletic Security at USC, and is currently a Civilian Cold Case Homicide Investigator in Arizona.
 
The show starts with a great Minute with Monaghan where he talks about the benefits of telehealth. The guys then answer email questions (sent into [email protected]) on if they did "baby talk" with their kids, where their happy places are (in their minds or an actual location) and if they believe they are cultured.
 
The interview segment starts with Rick Carr talking about his favorite Jack Nicholson movie, what concert would be his dream at his house and what is his favorite food. 
 
The interview portion continues with Rick talking about if college football is broken now with the transfer portal and NIL deals, how do we get more people to become cops after the whole "defund the police" movement, why aren't more people about simple truths and finishes off with Rick's thoughts on creating tougher men that can still be sensitive. 
 
The final segment of the show is The Bottom Line. This is "all of the stuff you should have learned without even realizing you learned it."
