The guest on this show is Dustin Hibbard. Dustin spent 8 years in the Army (military police), 18 years in Law Enforcement and has recently spent three weeks using a hyperbaric oxygen chamber to counter his PTSD.
 
The show starts with a great Minute with Monaghan where he talks about four ways to be more effective during your work day. The guys then answer email questions (sent into [email protected]) on what type of "sports dads" they are and/or will be, how Monaghan and Rubio can remain friends if they aren't the same politically or religiously, and what TV series they are watching right now.
 
The interview segment starts with Dustin Hibbard telling us about his favorite "dumb comedy" (FYI: it's Step-Brothers), how long he would last in a zombie apocalypse, and what he would highlight if someone came to visit him in Lewiston, ID. 
 
The interview portion continues with Dustin Hibbard and Rubio talking about his ongoing battle with PTSD and how a hyperbaric oxygen chamber is saving his life. Super interesting segment where Rubio is blown away listening to how much the chamber is helping Dustin with his body and mind. Dustin finishes off the interview with a great answer about how to remove the stigma around men talking about their mental health. 
 
The final segment of the show is The Bottom Line. This is "all of the stuff you should have learned without even realizing you learned it."
