The guest on this show is Anthony Cobb. AC has been married for 25 year and has two college aged children. AC is the host of AC Sports Live, owner of the production company AC Media Pro which focuses on sports documentaries and recruiting highlight reels. Recently partnered to open a trucking school to help people become licensed truck drivers. He is a man of faith with an incredible attitude on life. 
 
The show starts with a great Minute with Monaghan where he talks about four ways to help a depressed friend. The guys then answer email questions (sent into [email protected]) about additional pet peeves, people dying their hair and if the guys have ever had a major surgery. 
 
The interview segment starts with AC about his favorite character in the movie "The Usual Suspects", who is the greatest athlete to come out of the LBC and what AC would cook for Rubio if he came over for dinner.
 
The interview portion continues with AC and Rubio talking about the handling the pressure of a massive sporting event and not letting emotions running your world, having the right mindset to be at your best, how he got into the trucking industry, treating EVERYONE with respect, and finish off with how AC maintains such a positive attitude in a negative world. 
 
The final segment of the show is The Bottom Line. This is "all of the stuff you should have learned without even realizing you learned it."
