Guest:
Brian Willmer | The Nehemiah Project - NehemiaProject.info
Show Notes:
The guest on this show is Brian Willmer. Brian is a UCLA graduate that played football with Rubio. Brian is a former college football head coach, is the vice president of TALEO Capital, founder of The Nehemiah Project, will be married for 25 years in January and has five children.
The show starts with a great Minute with Monaghan where he talks about mini routines to combat your stress. Rubio then answers email questions (sent into [email protected]) on how truly blunt Rubio is, does Rubio have any pets and is Rubio hooked to all of his clothing like he is to the yellow sweatshirt?
We get a special visit from Doctor Conor Hogan from Ireland asking us about a new study regarding Facebook.
The interview segment starts with Brian Willmer talking about his best memory at UCLA (not including meeting his wife) and what is his best overall meal.
The interview portion continues with Brian Willmer and Rubio talking about how Willmer is super religious but doesn't come off as overly religious. Then the guys discuss how Willmer balances it all (five kids, wife, football coach, Nehemiah Project). They spin off into why it has become taboo to be a masculine man and finishes off with The Nehemiah Project is all about.
The final segment of the show is The Bottom Line. This is "all of the stuff you should have learned without even realizing you learned it."
