In Episode 4 of Dad Remembers Sports, Dad remembers being in the ballpark on June 1, 2012, when he and I witnessed Johan Santana's no-hitter -- the first in New York Mets history. Dad sets the scene by recalling one of his favorite stories, the time his leg fell asleep while watching Tom Seaver's bid for a perfect game fall short at the hands of Jimmy Qualls in 1969. Dad then talks about how special it was to be there when the Mets finally got their no-hitter after 50 years without one.
