Welcome back to another episode of Even the Sparrow! Today we're discussing something we ALL experience: thoughts. In fact, we can experience up to 60,000+ thoughts PER DAY which makes this discussion even more important, especially when we consider that a large percent of our thoughts are negative. If you're someone who struggles in your relationship with food, disordered eating, going on and off of diets, poor body image, or anything in-between, you're in the right place because not only are we going to answer the question "do we have control over our thoughts?", but I'll be giving practical examples of how to specifically apply this to your struggles with food and body image.
