In episode 4, we are joined by Keith Cook. Keith has traveled the world competing in the sport of Fencing. He is a multiple Commonwealth Championship medalist, European Championship medalist and former British Champion. 

Keith shares his fascinating story of getting to Fencing at 11 years old and the barriers that could have prevented him from trying it in the first place.  

Now, Keith runs the extremely successful Salle Holyrood Fencing Club, he shares with us what he believes are the top priorities for coaches, athletes and pupils who are trying to be successful in any field.
