I thought trusting your intuition was supposed to lead you to rainbows and butterflies??? Welp, SAME, my friend. In this episode, Allie talks about how your intuition is never wrong, even when it leads you to crazy sh*t. Sometimes, our intuition brings us to experience lessons – and those lessons are blessings in their own way, we just have to trust ourselves through it all.

  • Good, bad, who knows? When we remove judgment, we realize that every situation is leading us back home to ourselves. Trust that the Universe is conspiring for your greatest good, and that you are receiving exactly what you need in this moment to bring you where you're meant to go.
  • Teachings from Deepak Chopra's The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, breaking down the concept of the "Ego" and the "Spirit," and explaining the "field of pure potentiality" and the "law of least effort." In reference to these teachings, Allie explains that when we are aligned with our Spirits, the laws of nature are always supporting us and we cannot go wrong.
  • Expansion and contraction – and how our egos are constantly trying to protect us from the unknown. And, how right before a BIG uplevel, our egos freak out a little and provoke self-sabotage.
  • A boat load of painfully awkward stories. We don't know what got into her, but she must have been feeling saucy enough to spill the tea! Saddle up.
  • Coming back to our sense of self-worth after choosing differently in the past, and how the way we are treated by others is a reflection of the standards that we create within ourselves. Compassion, compassion, compassion, my love.
