We are back with another episode of Hawk Talk!
In this episode, Holly and Jonathan chat to German national para-rower Jan Hemlich. Jan recalls his rowing story from novice, to 'Blades', to the German national team with hopes of the Tokyo Olympics. Jan has also rowed with the Cambridge Lightweights, and shares his tips for balancing sport and academics. The UCAPP scheme here at Cambridge, generously funded by alumnus Mark Hanson, has certainly helped Jan enhance his rowing performance. Jan gives a summary on how UCAPP has supported him during his studies.
