In 2006, 27 year old Ohio State medical student Brian Shaffer mysteriously disappeared after a night out at the Ugly Tuna Saloona bar in Columbus, Ohio. Security footage showed him entering the bar, but he was never seen leaving. Despite extensive searches, no clues have surfaced, leaving his case unsolved and shrouded in mystery.
