Having such a decorative background working with very high profile individuals, Serena shares her experiences from her previous roles and the impact of the skills she learnt from those experiences and how they played an impact on the business she runs today. Serena address and busts some myths associated with the life coaching industry and how she actually had these preconceived notions. Furthermore, we discuss how we should establish a healthy balance in our lives and why we should push out our boundaries as we look to shift the paradigm in thinking from being past focused to future-focused. As younger individuals we carry ourselves accounting for where we want to be but as life goes on we may tend to look back and think about correcting what once was rather than grab the opportunities which are presented to ourselves in our to reshape our future and reality.
