How painful can it be, to finally achieve something of value and then blow it because of a deficit in your Character. Many people have paid a significant price for their character deficits, highlighting the importance of well rounded growth and character refinement. Mastery of navigating our weaknesses serves us better than prideful display of our Strength. So even as we dream and work towards accomplishing it, we have to be careful to develop a noble character that can support growth and sustain success. Today I reflect on the important character traits to pursue as well as important self assessment questions and the strategies to implement these changes.
