As ludicrous as it is to describe this as one of life’s “taboos”, that is still the reality for many and yet the menstrual cycle impacts all aspects of health including metabolism, gut health, training performance, sleep, relationships….the list is endless. Yes, it’s the Period Pod and whether you experience a “regular” cycle yourself or spend any meaningful time with someone who does, it’s so worth a listen.
