In our first episode after summer break, we interview Elizabeth Jamison-Dunn about her path toward becoming the principal of the school where she got her start in education and the impact that having a teacher of the same race can have on students of color. We also take two phone calls--one from an assistant principal who is looking for some support when it comes to planning with the text in mind and the other from a teacher who is concerned about drama in her new class.
