Tracy and Meenal chat about the ridiculous double standard of how women are expected to be good and kind to deserve success. They also talk about how the focus on what women wear when they're in positions of power is yet another double standard. Tracy shares how she never liked the term 'girlboss', even when it was a compliment, she finds the term quite patronising and would much prefer the term "lady boss" if you must assign a gender to being a boss.
