As a single Mum to three wonderful boys / young men, Shari is passionate about supporting, guiding and ‘loving’ women (as the leaders and tone setters of both their families and communities) back to themselves.

Through openly and lovingly sharing aspects of her own journeying through personal growth, healing and transformation, Shari articulates how loving and healing ourselves not only transforms every area of our own lives, for the better and for good, but that it also creates positive ripples that permeate far and wide, "seen and unseen, known and unknown, now and in the future and in the past".

Shari is a qualified NLP, Reiki, Emotional Clearing and Spiral Practitioner. As a natural and experienced ‘safe space’ holder, Shari now also offers a beautifully nurturing, intuitive 10-week process called The Bloom.
