What does the Bible say?   Not, what does society say, or what feels right.  The question really should be, what are the qualifications for a Pastor according to GOD?

The answer may surprise you.  Always compare scripture with scripture.  It would be wrong to ignore the Old Testament women as well as the women that Paul himself lifts up to the church in the New Testament.  Some would even point to the women in Jesus' life that he clearly thought well of.
