Period Positivity is everyone's business. Tracy and Meenal celebrate the women activists who are making periods positive for everyone and highlighting issues like period poverty. They offer up ways that we can all help make a difference to change the taboo around this topic and eliminate period poverty on our own doorstep.

In this week's "What would YOU do?", Tracy and Meenal explore the concept of "own-race bias" (ORB) or the tendency to more easily recognise faces that belong to one's own racial group. They admit the sad truth that they have done this themselves and discuss the potential implications of this behaviour - especially in the workplace.
