In today's convo, we're joined by the vibrant, enthusiastic, down to Earth and highly relatable Isabella Mitchell; behavioural scientist, psychotherapist and Perth business woman.
As someone no stranger to combining 'blind faith' and 'sheer determination', Isabella is best known in the WA community for establishing The Meet Up Collective (TMC); a holistic educational and wellbeing program she founded for young people in 2017, that offers mentoring, tutoring and homeschooling across Australia.
As the first of its kind, demand for TMC grew very quickly (through Covid no less), and with a knack for pivoting and adapting, Isabella swiftly learned what makes for leading great teams and a successful small business through times of rapid change. More recently, supported by her wonderful team of employees, she's been able to complete a full time Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Today, Isabella combines the knowledge, skills and wisdom she's acquired through her extensive education, successful business and life experiences, channeling her exceptionally developed talents into in her new passion and business: Actualised Psychotherapy.
Isabella reminds us that this work, and walking paths of growth, self-discovery and transformation is one open and available to us all; and that we are all deserving of being able to 'live our best life' in realistic ways.
"We are all human in the end of the day. We all deserve support, and we can always improve on ourselves"
