In this week's Episode Tracy and Meenal bring to light a crucial - yet often overlooked - issue of medical inequalities, a topic thataffects so many women around the world.  If you've ever been frustrated by or experienced medical misogyny or inequality you're not alone. Every day more people come together to speak out against it through hashtags #genderpaingap, #medicalinequality and #genderpaingapawareness. Tracy and Meenal chat about the realities of this very complex issue facing women today due to a combination of social prejudice, medical ignorance and research exclusion - but there is a glimmer of hope! Recently Australia announced plans to tackle this issue head on in order to make change for those affected. We can only hope other nations follow suit soon!

In another story Tracy and Meenal were blown away by the remarkable story of miss Keeley Murphy. At only 13, she founded a charity that provides iPads to children with autism and intellectual disabilities across Australia - and soon it'll be making it mark on a global scale!  Her impact has been substantial and has seen hundreds of kids provided with iPads to support their learning. This story is truly heartwarming and serves as an incredible reminder of the power of each individual to create positive change in our world. We could all learn something useful from Keeley's outlook: no matter what your age or background, you have the ability to make an amazing difference in someone’s life!  This story really highlights the real spirit of equality.
