And in case you don't know, cn Accountability Circle is a group of 8 female business owners who meet in person, 10 times a year. The meetings are structured to support an open and safe space where women can share the challenges and successes they experience as business owners and in their personal lives. Accountability systems are embedded into the structure of the meetings to encourage growth from both a personal and professional perspective.
