‘one thing about Human Beings that I have come to realize in my seemingly long voyage here on earth, is that we love to run towards the future, not necessarily running away from our past, but rather learning from it by standing in the present; in simple terms, we are creatures of expectations and we are driven by the force of expectations. When our expectations are properly managed, we give our very best, but when they are not, the effect is left to your imagination.’ Amachree Isoboye Afanyaa from My HR NoteBook
In this episode of The Word Café Podcast, I share some thoughts and convictions on managing expectations. In my opinion, expectation is image centric, it is driven by the image we have before us intrinsically speaking now. This image is forged in our believe system, our truth that which is derived from HIS truth and fashioned by Him which forms the path we must travel on in arriving at the image.
