Kimberly Johnson is a former neighbor of mine and in this episode she tells multiple stories about the paranormal experiences she had while living in Cane Bay Planation, Summerville SC.  This is actually my current neighborhood.  We also discuss sleep paralysis and her experience on what it feels like. According to my Reiki teacher, sleep paralysis is when the soul comes back into the body before the body is ready and there is a temporary lack of ability to make the body move.  It can be a temporary lack of synchronicity between body and soul or a spirit attachment may be interfering with the return to the body.
