This is probably my deepest episode so far. I interview award-winning founder and coach, Rupinder Kaur of Asian Women Mean Business.This is a community that connects Asian Women both on and offline providing a unique environment where women can experience empathy and understanding to share their business journeys and entrepreneurial dreams. 
 
We talk about the journey from corporate life to discovering her own spiritual journey which led to her becoming a baptised Sikh. For Rupinder, she felt her life was missing spirituality and a connection to the divine. The journey has been one of exploration, growth and love. It has been the most pivotal journey Rupinder has ever been on - even more than marriage and kids - because it was a journey just for herself. 

The aim of our show is to demonstrate what the journey to spirituality can look like and its benefits. We discuss the ways you can approach spirituality or religion even if it’s out of your comfort zone.
