I'm leaning in to the uncomfortable in this episode and talking about the current events unfolding in our country. At the time of this recording, the United States is in pain. Still in the midst of a global pandemic, 40 million people unemployed, and small businesses struggling to survive, protests have erupted in the streets in cities across this country spurred by the senseless murder of an unarmed black man, George Floyd, in Minneapolis. There is a lot of pain and it's time for me to be part of the solution.
