In the age of information that makes you addict to external things, being highly aware of yourself and the realization of your free-will are required. It would help you expand your consciousness so you can set your soul free through dive deep within beyond layers that covered what you are. That's what self-love really is. Self love bring you back in alignment with what you are and free yourself from what you are not.   You are the universe experiencing human in a short period. You are one with the universe. To love yourself is to love the universe. And vice versa.  Everything you need and looking for is already inside, because you are whole and complete as you are. The more you love yourself, the more you shine.
