For Season 1 Episode 5 - Season Finale, K and J sing, laugh, throw a little shade and of course sip some wine. This episode we talked about black fathers and shouted out the black owned business Cuddling Ducks Closet. The topic of today’s discussion was focused on unplugging from Social Media and taking time out for yourself. It’s easy to get lost in thought seeing other people post on the gram or Facebook. We go from liking pictures to comparing ourselves to what we see. Also, we discussed why it’s important to spend time to yourself and not feel bad for waiting a day or more to yourself.
