this podcast contains a list of food holders and ways of cooking also what kind of foods that can be cooked in jars and what other food item that can be held in clip top jars also the recommended type of cutlery that can be used for eating and thern can be burned and alist of other items that are essential for survival. (food related) . i admit i don't know much about food related things but i can only go on what infomation that i can get.
