Greta Bajrami is the CEO and founder of the Golden Group Construction Corp. Golden Group is a woman-owned and operated roofing business that has won regional and national awards for their skill and customer service. Greta started the company when she was 21 years old while still attending University. 

Greta attributes her success to hard work and determination. She’s also a big believer in keeping a positive mindset, and listening to your instincts. She’s currently working on establishing a new platform called Rootless Entrepreneur, which will be used to embrace, empower, and educate individuals that may not have had roots in a certain industry, but still embarked on it.
