Austin Hill is the President of Flat Roof Tech. He is a military veteran, and graduated from West Point with an engineering degree, and got his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He co-founded a roofing distribution business, and after a few short years, grew it from scratch to over 20 million in revenue, before selling it and starting his current contracting business.

In this episode of Specified Growth Podcast, Austin shares some of the challenges he’s seen on both the distribution, and contracting sides of the industry. He also gives some tips on how to better communicate with your clients, and how to use your online presence to grow your community.
