Trent Cotney is the CEO and Founder of Cotney Construction Law, which is a law firm that is changing the way the construction industry handles legal, risk, and safety challenges. Trent is a construction lawyer himself, and has been dedicated to serving the roofing industry since 1999. Trent is also the primary author and editor of the Amazon best-selling book, OSHA Defense for the Construction Industry. He’s received numerous awards from the industry, and has recently been awarded the Joe Whatley Lifetime Achievement Award.
