In this episode, I discuss why it is important to communicate with loved ones, friends and anyone you have a relationship. As we grow these "ships" with others we sometimes lose sight of what we need from them and vice versa to make a healthy bond. As we change so do our needs, which can lead to frustration misunderstanding and even loss of connection. I go over my relationship with communication and what I've learned over the years!
