In this episode I talk about the 2 kinds of beliefs and how we can align ourselves with the thoughts and beliefs that are good for our mind, body and spirit.

Thoughts or feelings you constantly engage in or an acceptance within that tells you that you are not worthy of your desires, goals or dreams.

Empowering Beliefs

Thoughts or feelings you constantly engage in that remind you are you are powerful, more than enough and capable of achieving your desires, goals or dreams.

Things we can do to reinforce empowering beliefs

  • Celebrate the little victories
  • Positive affirmations
  • Remain in a state of Gratitude& Abundance
  • Meditation or Prayer
