WHO: Hi, I'm Fernanda. :) I'm a proud Brazilian, born and raised in Minas Gerais, and currently based in Chicago. After losing a family member at a young age, I became really interested in self-help content and started diving into psychology. I'm over the "romanticized" approach to self-knowledge and the idea of "healing" as becoming someone better than you are, rather than truly mastering the art of being yourself. I've always been a communicator – studied Public Relations in college, and have been in tech sales for 10 years, where I've learned a lot about human connections and business.
