In this week's episode we discuss the very challenging issue of shame messages and what shame says about who we are and how we ought to combat a lot of these issues and begin to uproot many of these lies that we've tolerated for too long in our lives.  I also go into a little more backstory behind my own triggers and I how overcame some of those lies!  Finally, we also discuss the spiral of shame and what brings us down to a point where we can be at-risk of hitting rock bottom.  We also address the some of the false identities that we have a tendency to take on in our evasion of dealing with our issues.
