Metro Blind Sport, based in London, is a charity which aims to get more blind and partially sighted people actively enjoying a wide range of sports and leisure activities.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Martin Symcox to learn more about their athletics event, taking place in London on June 11th, which will have sports for people of all fitness levels.
