In 1845 Sir John Franklin led two ships, The Erebus & The Terror, in search of the Northwest Passage. They were never seen again. As the years passed, fears grew and search expeditions mounted to find Sir John and his men, still lost somewhere in the Arctic. What rescuers found instead was a trail of darkness scattered across the barren landscape. How it all truly unfolded for Franklin and the crewmen remains unknown to this day...
