The benefits of using email folders (labels on Gmail) are endless.

If you're a VA/OBM, keeping track of your clients messages, leads and business expenses can be tricky if everything is coming into your inbox at once. Likewise, as a business owner you'll have customer queries, orders, supplier messages and much more to get through.

Setting up email label filters is such a handy way of making sure you haven't missed anything, and you know just where the emails from a particular client are when you're ready to get in touch. A total winner if you ask me!
