So many notable things happen in this chapter. Jesus comes to Jerusalem as a king, on the back of a donkey with palm leaves being laid before him. He overturned tables in the temple courts because they were in there doing business instead of it being a house of prayer.

He cursed a fig tree and it withered immediately. (Verses 18-22) These verses always remind me not to be unproductive or ignore my purpose.

The parable of the tenants (verses 33-46) is convicted the chief priests and the Pharisees. They knew he was talking about them.
