When Rachel Jones began to lose her sight, she thought life was over and didn’t want any help.

After finally reaching out to RNIB, her life began to turn around and she hasn’t looked back.

From a service user, to a volunteer and now an employee, she believes that volunteering played a major part in her new positive outlook.
