Penny was Awarded her OBE 2014 for her ‘contribution to entrepreneurs in the Digital Economy’, citing the work she and her husband, Thomas, did to bring Social Networking to Small Business in 1998 before anyone else in the world did, Academy grew across 52 Countries with 650,000 members.
