This week your old pals Uncle Bobbo and Weird Cousin Rance rebel after making a kids friendly episode. Do not let your kids listen along to this one. There's literally cursing in the first minute of spoken audio.
Our hosts rant about the fact that they really enjoyed this book- wait, WHAT? There's some discussion about the positives and negatives of this story, but we can all agree David Tenant's narration is great. The guys get pissed about gatekeeping grown-ass men complaining about kids enhoying things made for kids. Like games and kids books. Bob gets so upset he attacks a YouTuber based on his weight, and Rance chellenges the same dude to a fight. That's kind of his thing, apparenty. Rance also can't figure out how noise gate works, so he cuts out a lot.
In all seriousness, we made an episode you can listen to in an effort to help recommend fun reading for kids, but also let them decide if they would like it too, so go back to the previous ep if you want to hear that!
P.S. It's ok to enjoy kids stuff too. Just don't be an insufferable neckbeard about the whole thing, ya nerd.
