This week's challenge:


Step 1: Think of one habit you’d like to add to your day that would take less than 5 minutes and is easy to do. Example - take my vitamins, floss my teeth, do 5 squats, water my plants, drink a glass of water first thing in the morning.. 


Step 2: Find another existing behaviour of yours and put your new habit AFTER it. Example after I brush my teeth I will floss. After I switch on the coffee machine I will do 5 squats. The existing behaviour is your prompt. 


Step 3: You need to celebrate immediately after by saying yay, go me, well done, wohoo or anything that makes you feel good. Emotions create habits, if your brain associates a positive emotion with doing a behaviour it’s going to want to repeat it.
