Listen Later

In our 3rd Podcast episode we will feature an interview with Zane Powles, an assistant head teacher based in Grimsby. Zane's work within his local community in helping deliver over 8,000 food parcels to families since the first lockdown has gained him international recognition, featuring on a number of media outlets to share his story. Zane recalls the hard-work that education staff across the UK continue to put in during the pandemic for the children, young people and families that they support.

We will finish the podcast with our second Mindfulness practice delivered by Sharon McCafferty, Barnardo's Project Worker, Mindfulness Practitioner and Teacher of Mindfulness at Time4Me.
