With 4 world titles and a 5th within reach (Nov 2019), 50 wins, 29 poles, Yvan Muller is the most successful driver in FIA World Touring Car history.

As well as being a extraordinary circuit racer – he took the British F2 crown in 1992 – Muller’s CV also lists Dakar and World Rally Championship outings

And after making it 10 titles in the Andros Trophy ice racing series, Yvan was effectively banned for continuing in the series he’d dominated for many winters for being too good.

...to think that at the start he was quite happy to stay working as a truck driver.
