We re-released the Omi interview from the OG podcast, "Indian, American" to revisit the themes and topics brought up then and see how they hold up. Our discussion started off with a conversation about how Omi used comedy as a defense in his childhood and quickly moved to a conversation about compassion. Compassion in the way we deal with other peoples boundaries, and compassion as it relates to comedy. We then move to the topic of what Omi meant by, "India is relationships" where Akaash and I give our different interpretations. I am right of course. During our community section we revisit the caste system in response to an email that Apoorv sent and its my turn to say my piece. enjoy!
