One of the greatest things that has helped me in life and has been so fun and beneficial is learning instruments and playing music. It is so expressive and has helped me deal with difficult things and it has also helped me develop beautiful things. In this episode I encourage everyone to find a skill or talent to learn and develop to be able to create and express emotions and thoughts that can't be put into words. I also encourage to spend time alone to develop oneself.
