Welcome to Episode 4 of 'The Switch Off'. In today's episode, we're taking a moment to think about the process of learning new things.

Maybe you're currently in school, or higher education. Perhaps you've just started learning to drive? You might be studying, or in a new role or job that requires you to gain new skills. Or, like me, maybe you're currently trying to expand your knowledge on your favourite hobby or topics that interest you. However you might be working to expand your horizons, the process of learning new things can sometimes be a tricky path.

Today, we reflect on how we learn and take some time to be gentle with ourselves, reminding us that it is important to be kind to our minds and our bodies, as well as celebrating just how capable we are when it comes to increasing our knowledge!
