Ron is an award-winning producer and director who is best known as the father of the TREMORS franchise. One of the first movies he ever worked on was TOURIST TRAP as the first assistant director to David Schmoeller. 

Ron discusses the crazy connection between John Carpenter’s HALLOWEEN and TOURIST TRAP, the movie’s PG rating, and his first exposure to the Hollywood’s preferred on-set recreational activity of the time.
